Featured Case Study: New Face Kitchens / Signature Cabinets

One of the region's top remodeling companies, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal 2006 Book of Lists, New Face Kitchens came to Copperfin for help in two areas: to create an updated brand identity to reflect the addition of an in-house cabinet manufacturing facility, and to create a web site that truly showcased their stunning interior remodeling and cabinet making capabilities.

With the cabinet manufacturing service now a primary component of the business, the new identity needed to convey this focus, while still leveraging the equity and awareness of the original logo. The inclusion of " Signature Cabinets" over the original name "New Face Kitchens," along side the orginal "four square" icon, accomplished this objective without compromising the integrity of the original ID.

Similarly, the web site needed to work harder to showcase the company's beautiful remodeling and cabinetry work with the use of rich before-and-after images and a broader discussion of the company's processes. A new graphical interface educates visitors about the company's cabinet manufacturing process and allows them to view the process every step of the way, while a beautiful before-and-after gallery showcases the results.

Finally, a Flash introduction was added to the site to quickly communicate the unique sales proposition of the company and to draw visitors into the site. This Flash introduction eventually evolved to a complete presentation piece for use in industry tradeshows around the country.
